Our Nursing Staff provides the following services:

Our Caregivers have the experience to:

  • Provide meal planning and preparation

  • Monitor eating habits

  • Provide safety monitoring 

  • Care for patients with Dementia and Alzheimer's

  • Assist with toileting and incontinence care

Companion Care Services are designed to:

  • Provide social and emotional support 

  • Promote our client's sense of well-being 

  • Assist clients with phone calls, letter writing 

  • Accompany clients on recreational outings 

  • Medication pick-up and reminder 

  • Accompany our client’s to their appointments 

  • Keep our clients’ company

Homemaker/Chore Services:

  • Promotes a clean, healthy environment

  • Routine household activities

  • Laundry

  • Grocery Shopping

  • Meal Planning and Preparation

  • Errands

Hospice/Palliative Care:

Hospice care allows patients with critical illness the ability to live life with comfort treatment and quality of life near the end of life.

Our staff will assist families in caring for their loved ones based on the medical care plan.

Our Medical Escort will

  • Meet the client at their home/facility

  • Prepare the client for the trip

  • Assist the client to their vehicle or that of a third-party provider

  • Help the client into the desired location

  • Care for the client during the visit

  • Help the client back into the vehicle

  • Accompany them back to their home or facility.

Our Caregivers

At Home Solutions Healthcare, our employees are our most important asset. We partner with people who want to serve our clients in their time of need. We also provide our employees with continuous clinical and customer service training to make sure they keep our clients satisfied.

To ensure compliance, we have a thorough interview process and all our caregivers pass a Level 2 local background check through the Federal Bureau of Law Enforcement and Abuse registry. This helps to ensure that the person we are sending you is compliant, qualified, and appropriate to meet your needs.

Our pool of referred caregivers is comprised of a diverse group of trained and experienced caregivers. They are licensed in their respective field of work. They are multi-lingual and speak English, Spanish, Creole, and French.

Caregiver Registration Requirements

  • RN or LPN license

    Level 2 Background screening on file with AHCA

    Valid CPR card from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

    Free of communicable disease statement dated within 6 months

    1 hour of HIV/AIDS Certificate

    30-hour Infusion Therapy Certificate (LPN only)

    Professional Liability Insurance – recommended

    Current FL Driver’s License

    Current Automobile Insurance

    Current Vehicle Registration

  • Level 2 background screening on file with AHCA – State of Florida

    Two work references

    Social Security Card

    Professional Liability Insurance – recommended

    Current Florida Driver’s License

    Current Auto Insurance

    Current Vehicle Registration – You must have your transportation

  • CNA License in Florida (or HHA certificate – 40 hour minimum)

    Level II Background Screening on file with AHCA

    Valid CPR Card through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

    Free of Communicable Diseases (dated within the last 6 months)

    HIV/AIDS Certificate – 1 Hour

    Alzheimer’s Training Certificate – 1 Hour

    Self-Administration of Medication Certificate – 2 Hours

    Professional Liability Insurance – recommended

    Auto Insurance & Vehicle Registration – You must have your own transportation
